CHIA - Baggage Handling System
Working with Jervis B. Webb, North Electric was responsible for all electrical, telecommunications, security, and fire alarm work associated with the replacement of the Baggage Handling System at Cleveland Hopkins Airport while the Airport stayed active.
CMHA - Bohn Tower
Working with Ozanne Construction, North Electric was responsible for all electrical, telecommunications, and fire alarm work at the Cleveland Metro Housing Authorities Bohn Tower. As part of this existing facility rehabilitation of 267 apartments the building remained occupied at all time (excepted for the construction area).
Cleveland Water Department
As a prime contractor, North Electric worked with the City of Cleveland Water Department on their master security system integration across multiple campuses throughout Northeast Ohio. Due to the SSI nature of these projects, details of the work can’t be described, however North Electric worked as the prime contractor and bonded the project.
CHIA - Fiber Optic Infrastructure
Working for Cleveland Hopkins Airports security system provider, North Electric installed approximately 80,000′ of single mode fiber optic cabling within confined spaces, across airport runways and within underground duct banks. All testing and certifications of the fiber optic cabling was done by North Electric as a part of this project.
Cuyahoga County Airport
As part of Cuyahoga County Airport safety modernization, North Electric performed all of the electric and communication work required to completely upgrade the airfield. Including all lights, MALSF, ALSAF, utility vaults, approach lights, FAA infrastructure, etc.
CHIA - Wireless Infrastructure
Working with a Logicalis, North Electric installed Flight information Display Boards and Wireless Devices throughout the airport’s campus, including all terminal buildings, out buildings and to serve the airfield area.
Anthony Celebrezze Federal Building - HVAC Controls
Working with Siemens, North Electric installed new HVAC controls to (7) floors of the Celebrezze Federal Building in Cleveland, Ohio.
